All services are customized for your needs
The most popular items and prices: Workshop This two half-day workshop (ten hours total) provides invaluable one-on-one assistance, hand-outs and resources to take home. Because I want ensure each attendee receives the highest quality one-on-time, a maximum of 12 allowed. The price per person, for ten hours of personal assistance, is only $375. Host a workshop, with a minimum of four attendees, and receive a FREE WORKSHOP.
Birthday Milestone Tribute Book What do you give the person who has everything? A condensed biography, followed by a compilation of anecdotes and good wishes from friends and family, each one given an appropriate graphic and title.
Biographical Book (The entire family or the "whole enchilada") Since the interviews are conducted at the convenience of the person being interviewed, it can take a few months. The scanning process is also time intensive. The cost of a biographical book varies, depending on how extensive the project is. The number of interviews conducted, the number of photographs and documents scanned, the number of items photographed, and historical research for reference must all be taken into consideration. After that, there is time for the transcription and editing and, finally, the printing cost of the book. The cost, therefore, can be anywhere from $1,000 to $10,000. Some choose to have the cost divided among relatives, since all will benefit from this family legacy. A $1,000 retainer fee is required. You will be sent a statement at the end of each month indicating what services have occurred and the balance of the retainer, so you are current on the status of the project. When the retainer has run, another will be required, and so on, until the book is ready for printing. At that point, you will be offered printing options. Biographical Book (Individual) Same approach as the book of an entire family. Interview individual only, plus transcription The interview of the person whose biography you are interested will take approximately 5 to 10 hours. I will provide you the interview on DVD, along with a hard copy of the transcribed interview. Mini-Biography I interview the individual concerning four or five events in his or her life, transcribe the interview, then scan 5-7 photographs and documents, and then integrate the scanned items and transcribed interview into a biographical tribute. Anniversary Tribute and Keepsake Are you planning an anniversary party or dinner for a special couple? Consider this fun and interesting tribute, which doubles as a keepsake for your guests. I ask each spouse (separately) the same 14 questions, and put together a 20-page booklet reflecting their two perspectives. Which answers will match, and which ones won’t? Printed on linen paper, this whimsical, insightful booklet can be handed to your guests as they arrive, or placed at each table setting, if you plan a formal dinner evening. Ethical Wills I offer a flat fee of $75 to assist you in writing your Ethical Wills to your loved ones. Business or Organization Biography If you'd like to incorporate a personal element to your portfolio, I will provide a written and pictorial history for your potential clients that reflects your personality and vision. Cookbook This cookbook of your family recipes with photos and anecdotes sprinkled throughout, will become a great family treasure.
