BUSINESSES AND ORGANIZATIONS

From a marketing standpoint, you will have a stronger impact when you provide the history of your business or organization, as it incorporates a personal element.  My approach to the history of a business or organization is that it should reflect the personality(ies) involved, the passion and vision.  You will, therefore, receive a written and pictorial history that is personal and enlightening to potential clients.

INDIVIDUAL AND FAMILIES

Workshop

Each attendee receives one-on-one attention, along with hand-outs and additional resources to take home.  To ensure higher quality of personal assistance, a maximum of 12 attendees is allowed.  For ten hours of personal, professional assistance, only $375.

Host a workshop with a minimum of five attendees, and receive a FREE WORKSHOP.

What do you get the person who has everything?

A compilation of toasts from friends and family, each given its own page, title and graphic, preceded with a condensed biography, produces a heartfelt gift for your favorite person.

Interviews/Transcription

Whether focusing on a specific event, or recording a life story, I can interview the individual, and provide a transcript, which you can copy and share with other family members.

Do you have story to share, but writing has always been a challenge for you?  I can write your story in such a way that it reflects your voice.

Biographical Books

As a descendent of a long line of storytellers, I have the unique ability to create your family's colorful biographical portrait, with all of its multi-tones and hues. 

• Interview the subject of the biography, and all of his/her immediate family members, for personal memories and anecdotes;

• Transcribe and edit the interview transcript, including assembling into chronological form;

• Write the narrative to create a cohesively flowing text;

• Scan photographs, documents and mementos; then incorporate the scanned images in the appropriate locations in the body of the text;

• Research information (such as historical background as it relates to your family's experiences), and scour Internet for relevant photographs for visual references; and

• Create final product of bound book, to be cherished generation after generation.

Ethical Wills (non-legal documents)

Ethical wills date back 3,000 years to the Hebrew Bible. Initially, they were passed on orally, but later, evolved into written documents. They are non-legal documents. A “Last Will and Testament” leaves your items of value, and an “Ethical Will” leaves your values.

Today, although the name “Ethical Will” is still used, the document no longer focuses solely on values. It can communicate that which you have not been able to say in person, such as gratitude, regret, what you wish for them, lessons you have learned, etc.

I can assist you in articulating your thoughts and feelings with these heartfelt legacies which you can "will" to your loved ones.

Ethical wills are a way to share your values, blessings, life's lessons, hopes and dreams for the future, love, and forgiveness with your family, friends, and community.
